Manufacturing process: using computer-control high-temperature compounded production line to integrate the aluminum panel with aluminum honeycomb core

Materials:

(1) Aluminum sheet: 3003H24 or 5052A14 aluminum alloy with PVDF or PE coating as customers requirement with dry film thickness of 35um

(2) Aluminum honeycomb core: Hexagon aluminum honeycomb core made by 3003H24 (thickness: 0.04-0.06mm, length: 5-6mm)

(3) Glue: macromolecule plastic film imported from Korea

Thickness:

(1) Typical thickness: 3mm-25mm

(2) Special thickness: available according to customers requirement

Size:

(1) Width: within 1500mm

(2) Length: within 6000mm

Color: available in different colors including the wood and stone colors

Shapes: available according customers requirement, such as the one side curved panel, two-side curved panel, columns, square, triangle, advertisement board etc.
